I made this miso paste 8 months ago and finally it’s ready to eat!

Maybe not so many people know how to make miso paste. Β It really is easy. The method is so simple and with only just 3 ingredients, soybean, fermented rice (Koji) and salt. These 3 ingredients ratio makes difference types of miso.
